At Insight, our Innovation Center, currently located in La Verpillière near Lyon, (a relocation to Lyon 7 (Gerland) is planned) we are recruiting today. We are currently looking for passionate people ready to make a difference in the following open position: Customer Technical Support.
Within the Innovation Center Team, you are the key point of contact for sales team and customers on industrialized Nemera OIP (Own Intellectual Property) products of a given delivery route. You manage and coordinate technical support and activities in collaboration with product development and manufacturing teams and with the support of Nemera experts. .
Coordinate & support investigations & problem solving linked to the product
- Support manufacturing plants for complaints’ investigations in collaboration with product design team
- Support customers for problem solving & compatibility issues between customer formulation & Nemera product with the support of laboratory and product development team.
Lead technical support to product sales
- Support customers’ projects from product understanding to product life cycle & market feedback
- Ensure follow-up of all customers’ activities, in connection with Sales force, and coordinate answers to their questions with manufacturing plants, regulatory and process expertise, product design teams.

Required Profile :
Engineering degree in mechanics, materials or statistics.
You have at least an 8-year experience in development projects, within leading multidisciplinary project team and having direct customer contact.
You have an ability to understand customer needs and also to argue / convince them when needed. You can analyze, synthetize and present relevant analytical data and technical answers to customers.
You are good at networking in order to support a multi-site organization / multi-project & customers activities.
You have strong leadership, convincing and communication abilities.
You’re fluent in English and French.
